IT solutions company Focus Softnet has acquired minority stake in InstaHealth, Banglore-based healthcare IT Company InstaHealth earlier raised funding from Mumbai Angels and their flagship product Insta HMS has helped many hospitals across India automate their processes and become more efficient at almost half the price of other available solutions in the market.
Instahealth is focused on Tier 2 hospitals and cities /towns which have not so far been able to leverage the benefits of the IT revolution. Unlike other service providers in this industry, InstaHealth’s target segment is healthcare units of 20 to 200-bed establishments. Their product Insta HMS, is an integrated hospital management software for hospitals and helps hospitals in automating the entire process of hospital administration.
Insta HMS is provided both as a hosted application over the internet and also as a licensed version.The new investment is expected to strengthen Focus Softnet’s product portfolio, thereby allowing Insta Healthcare Management System (HMS) to become an integral part of the Focus product line..
